Convenient location, cleanliness.
1st room had no hot water. Night clerk said run water 20 minutes. 2nd room's moldy smell made us ill. Toilet malfunctioned; water ran all day.

Convenient location but no hot water on 4th-5th floors unless water run 20 minutes. (In Tucson desert!) Room off pool moldy smell, malfunctioning toilet. Frustrating to our stressful business trip, so we departed early.

Our electricity went out while using the blow driers got help quick.

it was very clean and nicely decorated.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Some of the staff was really helpful while others didn't have a clue what to do about any problems. There were a couple of leaks in the bathroom that weren't too big of a problem, but were a little annoying and the television in the room had some burned images in it. I would recommend the hotel since all but the shower were more than likely an issue with my particular room and the rest of the stay was very enjoyable. read more

Little to no dining options.

Great newer hotel in a not so nice area, definitely must if you are in town for business purpose.

The rooms are are nice but the staff was to busy to focus on the needs of the customers.
