Professional staff, 2 fireplaces in public areas, wonderful representation of local culture.
Front desk seemed short staffed; bartender in sports bar was very unfriendly and tables were dirty.

Very nice hotel with fireplace and waterfalls in lobby - great atmosphere. Very convenient to Grand Canyon. We were able to get up predawn to drive to the Canyon in a few minutes to see the sunset. Loved the addition of herbal teas in room with the coffee maker. The reclaimed water in the toilet was scary but glad they're environmentally sensitive. The breakfast buffet was a step above average of choices but only had hard boiled eggs and low quality food. read more

Hotel provided breakfast combined with great location makes this a perfect family hotel to stay in when visiting the Grand Canyon.

It was quiet, shower and the bed were good.
They wouldn't let us check in early.

This is a very nice hotel. It is close to the Grand Canyon. The rooms were soundproof, clean and well laid out. The set up in the bathroom was convenient for more than one person since there is a sink in the bathroom and one in a sitting area outside the bathroom.

Close to Grand CANYON, clean, roomy.
Lack of ENGLISH knowledge. Hard to communicate.

Nice Hotel, upscale, clean, located in a great area, people seem very nice. Definitely if some one is IN the U.S. should have some good lessons on English. I know it may be controversial, but I think it is so important. But Loved coming here.
