Nothing.
Everything. Loose faucets, smelly bed linen, used soap in shower, etc.

The staff acted and dressed unprofessional, and took forever to check us in. Note that at least 2 couples checked in during the time we were waiting. The parking was poor. My car door was dented due to spaces being too narrow. The faucet in the vanity was not attached, but just rattling around on a shaky pipe. The bed linens smelled like stinky feet, and the furniture looked like it was purchased at a thrift store back in the 80's. The restaurant staff was rude and complaining about other customers right in front of me as I paid for my dried out buffet breakfast. read more

Friendly welcome and nice and clean room.
Too early closed the restaurant the evening.

Location is awesome and
easy to find.
Breakfast was disappointing, heater in room was a little noisy. Internet was down.

Hotel was clean, easy to find and is in an awesome location for easy access to the Grand Canyon. We thought the dinner buffet was too expensive so we went to another restaurant. The breakfast buffet was okay but a little pricey for the selection. If you want the continental breakfast for free, you better like cold cereal- not much there. The room was nice and the common areas appeared clean and well kept. We only stayed the one night but would stay again if going to the Grand Canyon. read more
