Our small number of rooms allows us to give personal service to our guests. Located in easy driving distance of all local businesses, we are one mile south of the city limits and sit on top of Ramsey Mountain overlooking Batesville, the White River and Ozark Mountains. the pool was nice.
the owners were very rude not american will never stay there again.the people in ark. are mostly friendly the owners were not do not stay there!!!!!!

i will never stay at this motel again the owners were not american and they do not allow pets.i did not know that we had two night reservations.the owner found out that we had a ten month old puppy and kicked us out of the motel.with no refund.i would recommend not staying there find one that is american owned!!!!!

The room had a smell similar to moth balls.

The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. There was a computer in the lobby that I used to print directions before heading home. They had a small breakfast for us in the mornings (coffee, juice, donuts, etc.). The hotel had a really nice view. The air conditioner worked too well and it felt like 40 degrees sometimes. We used the pool once but I had to use the skimmer before going in. My only real complaints are
the room smelled like moth balls when we first arrived (we had to buy candles) and
when housekeeping cleaned our room the first time they took all the towels and didn't replace them. Also, the vending machine is outside so don't plan on getting chocolate; it was 100 degrees during our entire stay. I would definitely stay here again. read more

The room was clean & very nice. It was furnished in a great way.
Turning into the hotel parking lot is a bit of a problem as we were coming from the North and had to turn at the top of a hill and on a curve.

We have stayed at this hotel before and liked it. We would stay there again.

The view was wonderful.
Bed was a little uncomfortable and internet access was inconvenient.

Something I would tell business travelers, there is no wireless internet, and the high speed outlets are not located anywhere near the desk provided. If you bring your laptop, bring a long cable.

Very clean & excellent value.

This is a very nice hotel with a georgous view overlooking Batesville & a beautiful little river. It was clean, comfortable, affordable, accessible, modern and I highly recommend it for the money.

Fantastic view from every room and the nice pool too. Go for the sunrise!
