Nice appearance on the outside/well kept.
Furniture was old/well used and shabby looking.
Everything was very nice except the furniture.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Room had a musty moldy smell.
The availability of a fitness room was not mentioned. Over all the hotel met our expectations. The bed near the window was very lumpy.

The staff was very friendly & the breakfast was excellent!
Cracks in the wall, rust & gap by the door.
Rooms were very small for 4 people. Was hoping the rooms would have been bigger. Good enough for a couple, but not for family.

It was close to the area of interest for our trip.
Nothing.
The staff was very accommodating, kind, and hospitable. The room was quiet. Very relaxing. The hotel restaurant was okay, had one waitress who was not very attentive to her customers, she was talking to friends of hers who came to eat there, and a little bossy to the customers, but she was working for the restaurant, not the hotel. I would stay here again. Price was fair.

Clean, great location, good food, internet and beautiful fall trees/leaves.
Not a good free breakfast for toddlers.
I love the location and the landscape outside; I was here for the fall foliage and shopping. The breakfast was wonderful, nice facility. Nice and clean.

Rooms was very comfortable, restaurant was excellent , location was perfect, staff very helpful.
Coffee maker was pitiful, no
DVD player.
Highly recommend this hotel for someone to visit Eureka Springs. Location is close without the hubbub of being right in town. The hotel is a tram stop so driving is not a necessity to get to downtown and close by attractions. Clean comfortable rooms, good restaurant, hot tub year round, pool in season.

Nice looking clean place with good heated pool.
Service for breakfast was very slow.
It was a good stay. The hotel was nice looking with nice facilities. Great access to Downtown. If youre on a schedule add an extra 45 minutes cause it takes forever to get breakfast.

It was located next to our area of interest.
The heater in the room stoped working after the first night.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and eager to help. The location of the hotel to ur destination was perfect. It was the off season but this was not reflected by the actions of the staff.
