Extended Stay America Little Rock - West

At check-in I was told that they didn't have a smoking room, but not to worry just smoke in room anyway. bed was extremely small and pillows so thin almost non-existent.

Loved the room after got no smoking. It was so quite, clean, parking was close.

Good dedicated staff. Friendly. Seemed committed to doing their job. (no, could careless attitude.)

The room was dirty. Housekeeping personal did poor job. Shower and tub was clogged and soap scum up to your ankles. Coffee pot had coffee in it from previous guest. floor was wet from leaking shower or tub was afraid to walk on carpet without shoes and god knows if the sheets and pillows were clean.

The motel was in a good location. I checked in late at night and was greeted with a smile. The room was clean and smelled clean. The facilities were adequate and the kitchenette was a nice plus. The bed was clean and the television was a LG flatscreen, nice.

The desk clerk was extremely friendly & helpful. But the cleaning staff had obviously not changed the sheets from the previous guest. I guess they looked clean enough to them. We got clean sheets from the clerk & changed them ourselves.

If the bed had been more comfortable it would have been very good.
