When I lost my key I didn't have to pay. Nice employees.
Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Hard bed. No soap. Dirty dishes. Disorganized for late check in.
For a one star, I guess I shouldn't have expected much. my main concern was the late check in. The doors were locked and we were supposed to have a key in the boxes by the doors by entering in our first name. There were none activated and the only reason we were able to get into the hotel to get help (from I believe a janitor)was because a couple open the door from the inside to leave and let us in. There was no soap to wash the dishes and only enough dishes for one person. read more

I liked the fact that the hotel had a kitchenette.
I dislike the general condition of cleanliness of the hotel, although acceptable. The linens were of poor quality, even for this price range.
The hotel would be perfect for budget minded folks who could make use of the kitchenette, otherwise, nothing appealing to me. Not especially clean or comfortable, even for the price range.

Convenient location and friendly staff.
Does not have hair dryers in rooms.
Great location, close to several nice restaurants and right off main thoroughfare. Only 5 minutes to the U of A campus. Easy to get to and back on the road.

It had a large refrigerator and cook top.
Staff was not always readily available.
Extended stay is great for a business traveler. For a leisure traveler, it was good since it had a large refrigerator, microwave and cook top. We have special dietary needs, so it was nice to be able to prepare some of our meals in the room.

I liked the kitchen so I could prepare meals there.
Not a big lobby area.
Good location, quiet even though by the freeway, adequate, loved the kitchen.

The room was large enough.
Did not provide hair dryer, shampoo in room. You had to ask for it.
This would not be a good place for a business traveler. No hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner in the room. This was a room with a kitchen and it did not have dish wash soap. Again you had to ask the front desk for it. The hotel did not plan on cleaning the room but once a week unless you pay extra.
