The staff was helpful to get me on the wireless network.
I do not call it a hotel when my room door opens to outside.

This was a motel that called itself a hotel. As a woman traveler that matters to me. Very typical- fluorescent light over a not so nice sink, little unpleasant toilet and tub room. I will not stay there again.

The rooms were comfortable.
Some of the staff. They seemed a little confused.

It has nice rooms and a nice pool. The pool around 3 or 4 goes into shade. It was clean. It was pretty good. The staff though didnt seem to know what they were doing. We had a little trouble with the staff.

It was quiet, and the staff at breakfast was extremely helpful.
The bathroom was tiny.

The hotel was quiet, and clean. The room was spacious but the bathroom was not. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The location was great, rooms where clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
There was nothing negative about this hotel.

The location was good. Close to historical Van Buren and Fort Smith. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again on our next trip out.
