Price was about right.
We expected a 2-1/2 star and received a 1-1/2 star.
We should have called the motel and asked for a room with 2 beds. On arrival they put us in a room with one bed. I requested a change. This did not lead to any help. I asked to speak with the manager because this was a large motel and obviously about 25% or less occupied. The clerk said I should pay more for a room with 2 beds. After considerable discussion they finally gave me one of their many unoccupied rooms with two beds. They finally gave in on requiring me to pay for the two beds. They were not pleasant about the issue. Their continental breakfast is the most minimal I have ever encountered. read more

Clean rest room.
There was room on ground, would not let us have one.
The hotel had dirty carpet, windows not clean, the stairway has broken pieces, the medal was showing, we are seniors would not let us have a ground floor when there was plenty of rooms available.

Older motel - front office area looks nice. Rest of hotel shows age.
The hotel was convenient and a good price; however¿ The first room we were offered had apparently been flooded. Wallpaper was pealing from lower walls and the carpet was wet. Second room was "OK". Dated, but, reasonably clean. Returned 3 days later and 3rd room definitely showed signs of wear (chipped tiles in bathroom, AC that was not up to par, TV ¿clicker¿ had to be reprogrammed). Exterior halls were dirty and cigarette butts were everywhere. read more

It was a great location (right at the exit we needed to take the next morning). Food was good.
It was not super clean(mostly the floors).
It was adequate for a night's rest. Nice hot shower.

Convenient to out destination.
Room was in poor condition lacked maintenance and repair.
The ceiling over the bed has black mold, in the bath over the shower the ceiling was cracked and loose. Also the pillows smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff was not friendly or accommodating. We asked for teabags in the dinning room at breakfast. Although they had teabags in the room, they were either unable or unwilling to provide them for the dinning room.

Location and access to interstate, gas, food and shops.
Traffic noise was moderate
Don't come if road noise bothers you. If it doesn't it is well worth the price and access to the interstate, gas, food and stores is awesome. The free breakfast selection was great.

the air conditioning worked
no internet, no pool, filty, worn carpet & linens, leaky shower, retarded desk attendant
This was the worst hotel I have been in since my cheap college days. The desk attendent appeared to be mentally remote. The internet was broken. There was no swimming pool. The room was dated, thread bare and stained carpet, spreads, sheets and towels. The room was dirty (crumbs and hair) with a few dead crickets on the floor. There were rat traps in plain view along the outsides of the rooms. It was disgusting. read more
