Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Nonsmoking rooms smell like smoking.

A little overpriced, but an okay stay. Would stay again, but will look at other places next time..

Hotel location to freeways and where I had my appointment.
Found ants in my room and later found them in my automobile.

Hotel was pretty much what I expected for a Best Western in the Los Angeles region. The WiFi reception in the room was weak and the speed was very slow and frustration at times. There was not reason to find ants in my room. That's what pest control companies are for. How they found their way into my automobile I have no idea but I had plenty of company on my drive to Monterey CA. read more

I liked the location of the hotel and thought that it was pretty clean.
The shower knob was broken, so I could not control the water temperature.

It would have been a very nice to stay had the shower not been broken.

Very spacious, clean, nice, safe and quiet.
Kind of far from Disneyland and was hard to find.

Loved the place. Nice, safe, clean, quiet had everything I needed and more. Even thought it was quiet a distance from Disneyland (25 minutes) I would go back to that hotel.

No conditioner.

Room was spacious. Breakfast was cheap. No separate shampoo and conditioner. Bed was comfy enough. It suited our purpose as a place to comfortably sleep.

Location, walking distance to restraunt. A block away from theatre.

The employees at check in and out were very pleasant. The continental breakfast was more than I expected, and clean area. I liked how I could walk next door to eat, and drive just across the street to the drug store. A block away was a theatre. Great location.
