Friendly /helpful staff. Reasonably close walking distance to Disneyland and free parking.
Although the room appeared clean, there was an odor like the bathroom was cleaned with a moldy mop or cloth. Also, outside noise is pretty audible.

The night desk clerk very helpful in every way.
Not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms.

It is very noisy not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms but it is overall a good hotel to stay if you are going to Disneyland very close to the park easy access to all freeways.

The cheap price.
It was not located conveniently to attractions.

While we were there, some "spring break" group was there also. There was noise all night, if not from the pool area then from above and below us in the motel. The folks at the office didn't seem to know about the transportation system for getting to food and amusement sites.
