The front desk staff was the most caring and helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
Nothing.

It has a great location for me.
You can tell the staff what is wrong but they don't help much. You can tell the staff what is wrong but they don't help much.

Clean, roomy, convenient; and nice kitchen.
Boring neighborhood.

Very good for the price.

The freeway view.
I did not like how the front desk shuts down at 11pm.

Overall u get what u pay for. Its not the Hilton and its not a motel. The good thing is they have a kitchen inside each room which is good for cooking up meals to save u money. It is next to the freeway which can be bothersome and convenient at the same time. It does get a bit scary at night because there is no staff or security.

Ktchen and space.

Some staffs were rather blunt. (those who were on Friday, the 3rd, and on Saturday, the 4th.) The manager and the lady who were on Thursday morning, the 9th, were friendly and helpful, though.

The price was very cheap.
The charged me for my room.

The hotel is reasonably clean in the common areas. The staff is somewhat friendly, but lack attention to detail. I was charged for the room on my credit card, even though it was a prepaid. The room itself had been put to order, but very poorly cleaned. The tub was filthy and I had to clean it before I could shower my daughter or myself. The sheets on the bed had the look of previous use without being changed, but it was so late at night when I returned and discovered this that there was little I could do about it for this stay. I ended up stripping the bed and laying out my daughter's blankets and my ground blanket from the car along with towels to sleep on. The saying you get what you pay for definitely applies to this hotel. I have to say, I have stayed at places that the cost was equitable, but the experience far outweighed this one. In fact, I have stayed at a room from this same chain located within the same county and had a far better experience. I do not expect a four star hotel. Shabby does not bother me. I do not expect room service or up to date modern furnishings. What I do expect is a room that has been cleaned and ready for me, with fresh linens on the bed. I prefer a hotel room that does not require me to do the housekeeping in order to use it. read more

had to check out a day early which it was already paid because the front desk whoever work the swing shift did a very bad job. allowing other person to get in the room. Without verifying and asking that person if he was in the registration list. The person was just a friend who happened to helped me of my luggage. But when my friend come back and ask if he could come up to my room. Without the room key. The front desk hand my friend a new key without notifying me or checking the computer if that person is in the registered list. I was very dis appoint two nights that i waste my money because of the staff faults and mistake. How about if I never knew the person all my personal thing would be possible stolen and gone because the staff gave a room key to the unregistered person. They should gave me credit of this. This was the staff fault and I did purchased it on line no credit and refunds or cancellation can be done but it was not my mistake. I hope this could be given attention for future incidents. read more

Has a kitchen.
Dirty.

It was not clean. It was the type of room that makes you itch. It wasn't nice at all.
