The hotel charged an additional $10 upon check-in and I felt that I should have been notified up front upon purchasing the room.

Clean and accessible, close to Disneyland.
$11.50 resort fee was a total surprise at checkout, since I had prepaid.
Nice and close to Disneyland, quiet and comfortable. Recommended for families visiting Disneyland.

Comfortable beds.
Resort fee.
Nice hotel, comfy beds, easy access. I was upset that this hotel, which I have stayed at previously a couple years ago, jumped on the bandwagon of charging a resort fee of almost $11.50 per night. I understand when a resort fee is necessary, like when staying at an actual resort like the Broadmoor in Colorado, but this is just a larger hotel with a simple pool area. All hotels around Disney have decided to add these charges, and it is ridiculous. read more

Very friendly staff. Convenient to Disneyland via inexpensive shuttle.
$10 resort fee - not really resort amenities.
For a 3 or 3.5 star hotel, the Anaheim Holiday Inn & Suites meets all reasonable expectations. The staff is helpful and the standard room was more than adequate. The linens were deluxe w/ large/plush towels and both firm and soft pillows. It is a bit of a walk to Disneyland but a frequent, inexpensive shuttle bus runs from 1 hour before to 30 minutes after the park's hours.

Clean. Comfortable beds.
Clean hotel, but there were hidden charges of $10 per night. Our bathtub drain plug would not come unplugged, and our TV did not change channels.

Excellent room.
No toaster in room.
The hotel was excellent, our room was large, clean, and well layed out. The kitchen could have been better equipped, we would have liked a toaster and some disposable plates, utensils, etc.

The bed was more comfortable than Hyatt or Hilton. I got 5 nights of good sleep!
Bathroom fan sounded like a train wreck. Ice machine was broken on most floors.
This is a great location for Disneyland. The beds are really comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was pretty quiet. The rooms are not fancy but a good nights sleep makes up for it all. The parking is easy at the hotel, there is not huge parking structure you have to drive out of to get on the main roads.

Too far from Disneyland and don't feel safe to walk around outside of the hotel area.
