Location and price.
Mice or rats ate big holes in my purse on the floor at night!
Mice or rats ate holes in my purse overnight. Air conditioner did not work well and made noise comparable to a blender. Bed was very hard but clean. When table lamps turned off, they continued to strobe until we pulled the plugs! When we changed rooms because of above, the next room had a plugged toilet. We plunged it for 30 minutes, gave up and asked for another room. They were nice enough to provide one. Black bananas for continental breakfast and cold cereal. Friendly and helpful staff, but not enough money put into upkeep of facility. In last room, lights also strobed and water backed up in sink. read more

Great breakfast.
A/C unit wouldn't work, needed extra pillow and was given a smoker's pillow, not enough towels.
Would not recommend. While front desk staff was helpful they were obviously short-handed and the maintenances staff was less than confidence-inspiring.

Hotel being updated and hard to find.
Room was filled with broken cabinets and most lights did not work//people scary people hanging outside in walkways.

There were two of us traveling. The staff was excellent.
Access was tricky. It needs better sign age.
It is a clean and well run Best Western. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable about the area. There was a small continental breakfast that was just enough.

Room had appropriate amenities, friendly staff.
The shower heads are now low-flow, water saving and not quite adequate.
The room was clean and smelled pleasant, came complete with a small 'fridge, close to shopping and restaurants, the table was a nice touch for my laptop. Overall, a nice place to spend a few days.
