Big Bear Frontier

I was not impressed with the service at this hotel. There were a lot of snafus. At night, I was woken up by an alarm clock that kept ringing in the adjacent, empty room. When I called the emergency number, I was told that nothing would be done about it, and that it was a frequent, recurring problem. The next morning I checked out and told the incompetent employee behind the desk about this problem. He said it was too bad I got an earlier wake-up call than I wanted, in a very condescending, patronizing manner. He is someone who should not be interacting with people. Ever. Yet he was the first and last person I encountered at the hotel. I will avoid this hotel at all costs in the future. read more
