Days Inn Buena Park/Anaheim

This hotel was an excellent value for the money. The suite we had was large and quite a relief after being in smaller rooms in other hotels. It was near so many attractions/conveniences. Not being dinged with extra charges as so many other hotels do was great, internet was handy. We had a very positive experience here. Will use again. Free doughnuts never hurt.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. It wasn't the newest room around but very good for the rating and price. We left a pillow we took from home and the staff was nice on the phone and saved it for us.

When we arrived at the room, the room smelled of body odor. We found out that there were beer bottles under the bed the next day. We went to Knott's Berry Farm the next day and arrived to an un-cleaned room. The office staff quickly moved us to another room. Randy assisted me in printing tickets for Medieval Times and helped me with internet problems. He was very helpful! The location was great, just a block away from Knott's! My wife and I are definitely going back to this hotel. They had problems but quickly fixed them all! read more

The hotel was very inexpensive and it was a whole lot nicer than we expected. We got in very late (1 am) and the hotel lobby was still open and the staff was very friendly and polite, even though it was late at night. Our room was simple but nice, it had a microwave, refrigerator and television. As well as the hotel offered a contential breakfast which is almost unheard of for a hotel that is less than $50 a night. read more

Staff member in the front desk was very rude and not professional. He tried to kick us out of our room because we had a guest over and said we we went over the capacity. We told him our guest was leaving and he still refused to let us have our room back. Then I asked for a refund for the night and he said he couldn't over and over again. I asked him to speak with his manager and he refused to contact them. He also kept lying over and over again about numerous things. About an hour and a half after arguing with him he decided to call his manager. He gave me the phone and the manager told us we could go back to the room instantly. The price and location were great but the quality of the room was low because the sockets were busted and there weren't enough for all the appliances in the room I had to unplug the microwave to use the lamp. The continental breakfast was really weak.

If you're looking for a hotel near Disneyland and other theme parks and don't want to pay a secondary fortune, then this hotel is the one to stay at. Great location, but you get what you pay for as far as everything else.

I was actually impressed with the room and location. I would stay here again.
