Nice decoration, nice bathrooms, and clean.
Extremely small room.

This hotel would be great for one or two visitors, but the rooms are extremely small and would not accommodate a family. There was very little walk space in the room. The decorations were nice and the bathroom was adequate. The customers service was excellent.

Closeness to the airport.
Smell, it was a none smoking room, yet it smelled like smoke and it was dirty.

I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. It was smelly, not properly cleaned, and I was uncomfortable sleeping in the bed. I wish I would have stayed somewhere else!

The neighborhood was safe.

Bed was not made, coffee cup still full next to the bed, etc. It wasn't as dirty. However, the coffeepot was still dirty and used and the bed sheets smelled.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable.
The whirlpool was a little dirty. There was a fee for wireless internet in the room.

The lobby had contemporary decor. There is a view of the Sears tower from of the hotel. Dempsey's lounge and the restaurant areas were very nice and great for entertaining. The food was wonderful. The waitstaff was friendly. There is also a Starbucks located inside the hotel. The weight room was adequate having at least one of the most popularly used machines and free weights.
