Large room. Classic Holiday Inn. Hotel is under remodel so the new areas are very sharp. Hotgel is well kept and the staff is friendly and helpfull.

Excellent value. Parking is convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restorant breakfast we excellent. Great location to Universal and Warner Brothers Studios as well as other attraction. Many dining options within close proximity to Hotel.

Tried to give me a smoking room.

Is it true that if I book on Priceline that a nonsmoking room in this day& age is not guaranteed? Can I adjust my profile so a smoking room will never be booked.

Great area and the staff was always ready to help and answer any questions. Large room and maids did a great job everyday.

The parking is next door in a ramp and the hotel validates so parking is free. This is a nice area, and area restaurants within walking distance. Great staff, great vending. Felt very safe.

Free parking and great location.
Rooms are showing their age.

The biggest reasons to stay here: free parking, free internet, location, safe neighborhood. No reasons to avoid, but the room we stayed in was showing its age. The hotel and room are clean, the rooms are quiet (no slamming doors like at many other chains), the beds are comfortable, and the plumbing works well. Staff was friendly and helpful. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Burbank.

Plush, spacious, modern, nice location, and excellent meals.
Didn't like the view they gave us. Our room was on the end and our view was the hotel wall.
