Easy access to freeway.

Noisy, not private, windows close to main street. Not helpful.

I can't it was not a good stay.
I didn't like that I booked my room almost a week in advance and was stuck in a smoking room.

The parking lot was to be under 24 hour surveillance's, but our truck was broken into and there was no camera to support evidence of whom to blame for breaking and entering.

Well decorated.
Could not accommodate 3 persons in one room as promised and billed.

The hotel was fine. The hotel could not accommodate, so I paid for a second room and the extra guest fee. I called you customer support and was told to bad. I will not be using your service again.

didn't work, nor plumbing.

The desk clerk was bitchy and the a/c didn't work. The toilet broke at precisely the wrong time, as if any time isn't wrong. They did move us to a better room after one night. There the refrigerator door fell off. But it was very clean and convenient for the south side of San Jose.
