I found this hotel to be very clean. The poeple I had contact with were very helpful and professional both in thier persons and demeanor. The pool was more than we had anticipated. The area around the hotel was convienient to all we wanted to do.

beeping, folding door right outside my room

There was an electronic folding door right outside my room near the elevator that started beeping at 3:00 am waking me. I told the hotel staff about this and they sent a person up to push the door back & forth until the beeping stopped. The following morning the same door started beeping again at 2:30 AM waking me. I told the staff and they agreed to move me to another room with an upgrade to a suite. The manager was accommodating after the second sleepless night but I thought the beeping door should have been fixed after the first episode. read more

The shuttle service was very reliable and the staff were very accomodating to when we needed a ride. That was a great perk for staying there.

Helpful staff and convince.
The bottom of the swimming pool look dirty.

The hotel was located in an industrial park so there is not a pretty view but was quiet and close to Legoland.
