Reservation problems.

All in all the hotel was great once I got my reservation worked out. It took me 4 phone calls to get my reservation.
For some reason it was never put in the hotels system. Would have liked to seen a refridge in the room.

Clean room, prompt service, and easy check in and out.

Bathroom design allows water to wet the whole bathroom floor and even weak through outside of door.

My family and I like the hotel. Beddings are fresh, and there was prompt service. Check in and check out are easy.

I liked the no charge for parking and disability accessibility.

I was not responded to quickly regarding a staff opening my door without knocking.

I wish I had stayed at the Vagabond hotel, despite the fact it is not rated a 3 star hotel, it would have been close to Long beach the tourist area I wished to visit and their service would have been better than my experience this last weekend. The room was very small and I had to call down for a remote to the TV. Further, I am disabled and being on the 5th and 2nd floor was challenging, in a fire deadly surely. ...read more
