(Apparently) Recently cleaned rooms had a slight chemical odor.

An acceptable place as you expect Holiday Inn to be. Everything works and the price is right, and the location is convenient.

Receptionist sent me to the wrong venue for wedding.

Everything was better than I expected except the direction I was given to the wedding I was to attend.

The bed was very comfortable and the lobby staff was extemely helpful.
The bathroom was not clean.

A great location with direct access to the freeway and downtown. Helpful front desk staff and comfortable beds.
