Front desk guy was nice.
The room smelled horribly of smoke and the TV remote didn't work.
The room would have been nice enough - except it smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that there could have been someone in there smoking with you. Horrible. There was no TV remote in the room when I checked in - went and got one from the desk and it didn't work, so I gave up. Not the cleanest room I've been in either, by far.

The secluded location and road access.
The bed was thin and lumpy, The pillows were too small and flat.
My stay was satisfactory and if I come back to Chino Hills I would want to stay here again and I would recommend it to my friends. The staff was always available, pleasant, courteous and professional.

Low price; friendly staff.
No maid service; room had view of parking lot and freeway.
Efficient but unattractive hotel in an efficient but unattractive location. Focus of the hotel is long term guests looking for cheap accommodations. Rooms are simple; all have kitchenettes; laundry facilities on site; no pool or guest services. However, with its low price, it met my needs for a quick business trip and I would not mind staying there again.

Great location - close to everything.
Halls smelled a bit funky.
Overall a good place to stay. Conveniently located with many shops and restaurants close by. Will stay there again.

Fast check in.
No shampoo in the bathroom.
A very simple and basic hotel in every way. Mattress hard and sheets paper thin. But no shampoo is the worst insult to any traveler.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, wireless internet availability, and close to dining.
No exercise facilities.
Perfect for what I needed - a place to prepare and regroup for a business meeting. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fridge, microwave and rangetop in room. Very basic in every other way, but very clean. Nice for the price.

Courteous staff.
Parking and hard to find.
Overall it is very nice, and if I were going to be in the same area it is great if you have transportation, but if you are taking taxicabs for transportation it is difficult to get to and further from the Downtown Pomona area than should have been set up.

Helpful, friendly staff.
I was very pleased! The front desk staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the value exchange of not having room service everyday and the savings to the environment of reusing towels and sheets--just like at home. I would definitely stay here again.

Kitchen, close to highway and shopping.
Noise, no pool, house keeping is only once a week!
This hotel has smaller bed, too close to highway noise, house keeping is only once a week.
