No responce to backed up toilet.

Very nice. the only upset was lack of help when we called about our clogged toilet. all we needed was a plunger to take care of it. Over all this was a very nice clean hotel.

Conveniently located near the reason of our travel.
Check-in time at 3:00pm is so late. Check-in time is at 11:00am, imagine waiting time of 4 hours before you can check-in? I think that's ridiculous!

It was our 4th time, I think, that we'd used this hotel and will be coming back for more. We like this hotel as it's conveniently located near UC-Riverside, which is the reason why we travel frequently to that area. We like the hotel staff as they're so friendly and very accommodating. However, the check-in time at 3:00pm is a kind of a frustration to us. Our flight last time was at 10:35am (SJC) so; we reached Ontario Int'l after an hour. Our confirmation letter said our check-in time is at 4:00pm. We arrived in Colton 30mins after. We called the hotel if it's possible to check-in already but, were declined. Just imagine we have to wait for, at least, two hours somewhere before we can check-in. read more

Friendly staff, comfortable beds.
Free breakfast was not great.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very responsive to helping me find an item I left in the room and didn't notice till I was home. The (free) breakfast omelet and sweet roll were terrible. The second day we skipped the breakfast and went to a restaurant. Except for breakfast the hotel is a good value for the money.

Front Desk Guy was really nice and helpful.
Some of the staff members did not smile during servicing.

The hotel was a good place to stay, the staff members were helpful enough with everything. Overall, it had it's benefits.
