The room was very nice with plenty of closet and drawers kitchen with microwave and fridge and dinner.
Did not like the location my neighbors were up till 5am slamming doors and smoking pot staff did not allow late check outs.
Did not like the location. It was far from a Bart and freeway. My neighbors were up till 5am slamming doors, making phone calls and smoking pot. Staff did not allow late check outs. The hotel is small and set up like a motel. 2 story. No elevators.

Very close to concert venue.
Noisy due to construction upstairs.
This hotel met our expectations. Hotel staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was more than what I expected, good if you need to eat something quick on your way out. Very close to several restaurants too.

It was clean enough.
Pool was out of order. Breakfast buffet was bad. Rude staff.
This hotel looked decent enough and The reviews were mixed but I did a bid on it and got it pretty cheap. The only good Thing about this hotel was the nearby restaurants and leisure activities like a bowling alley and spa lose by. But let me star by saying I checked in pretty late. When I checked in the front desk guy was very rude. I asked for a non smoking room and he asked if I was sure. And I should think about my decision because theres a $350 dollar fine for smoking in the rooms. I polity told him no and that I didn't smoke. Thought that was rude. My credit card wouldn't work so went to the car came back with another one and he told me that I could only smoke cigarettes and not anything else. At this point I felt like he was a prejudice person may be because I was young and a minority, a girl it doesn't matter I felt like he was out of line. I had my boyfriend finish the check in. On top of that the pool didn't work and isn't even open yet they show pictures of the pool online. ( false advertising) Not cool! When I arrived the next night, my key would not work and it turned out the guy from the previous night never booked us and all of our stuff was gone. The maid had put it downstairs and wouldn't be in until 8 the next morning. Great. Well he gave us a free buffet to make up for the fact that my fathers day trip was going to be ruined because I would be late. The Buffet was horrible no selection at all. And They Charge 10.99 for it they serve less than what Best Western serves for free. I would not recommend this hotel. It's old and looks it. The Rooms are OK but the rest of the hotel is old especially the lobby. Very bad customer service. read more
