Holiday Inn Express, Corning hotel is situated off Interstate 5 (I-5) and in close proximity to the Rolling Hills Casino, the Sacramento River, Thunderhill Raceway, and many lakes ideal for fishing and boating. Corning is well known for being the Olive Capital of the United States. The Corning hotel is located 120 miles north of Sacramento, 19 miles from Red Bluff, 30 miles from Chico, 30 miles from Willows, and 50 miles from Redding. The front desk staff was 5-star. So helpful!
Maid service not so great.

I will be going to Corning on a regular basis and will stay here. The staff was terrific and, even though it was on Highway 5, you really could not hear freeway noise. The maid service did not clean coffee area and there were streaks all over the mirrors. That would be my only complaint.

They have a nice and clean room, nice staff, and great facilities. My family was very happy during staying there.

Clean with helpful staff.
Air conditioning did not work but were able to switch room easily.

Overall a good experience, it would have been nice to have fruit in the breakfast bar though. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
