The TV was not so good, we had to change rooms. Televisions should be upgraded.

Excellent as always, good staff, clean, good location, good price, good breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend hotel to anyone. Good job holiday in. You are number 1 in my book. We will see you very soon.

The hotel was clean and quiet.
The parking was not the greatest.

The hotel was very quiet and the staff was friendly. The parking was not great. They provided an awesome continental breakfast.

The hotel & complete room, was very clean. Air condition & all appliances work excellent & very clean. Good location. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Quiet, all thumbs up to the Costa Mesa Holiday Inn. Good job of keeping the hotel in excellent condition. I would recommend hotel to friends & family. Keep up the good service! We will be back. Thank you!

An employee at the front desk was very delightful.
There were ants in the room.

We found several ants on the pillows in the room and brought them to the front desk. But an employee at the front desk was very delightful.

This hotel was very comfortable. I felt like I was at home.
The second floor had a bad odor. Ice machine was on second floor and I was on the first floor.

This hotel was very relaxing and I will be staying at this hotel very soon. Friendly staff room was nice and clean. Enjoyed my stay!

The Jacuzzi tub was wonderful!
The AC unit leaked and then started to "smoke" at 2 am; had to unplug.

It's a very nice hotel. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the Jacuzzi tub was very nice. The only problem was the AC unit; it leaked (condensation?). Maintenance responded quickly.

The bloody towel in the elevator.

My hotel stay was boring with little amenities to offer; however, it served its purpose and provided close proximity to the beach.
