Continental breakfast was very good.
Cockroaches in bathroom and fleas in bed, both types observed.

I would return if they can hire a pest control operator to eliminate the bugs.

Great location- clean room, comfortable and affordable.
Reception would not help us with local cab rides.

It exceeded my expectations of a 1 or 2 star hotel. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Comfortable, clean, and much more upscale than other 1-2 star hotels I've lodged at in the past.

1st and the best location, next to UC Davis campus.
Not sure if there was a pool.

Other hotels are touted as close to campus, this one is too. Right next to Aggie Inn with plenty of ambiance within walking distance. Helpful staff accentuates a nice college town stay.

The hotel was fine, except that it was being painted during our stay and the plastic tarp was not attractive.

Convenient location. Close to freeway, dining, and downtown.

I only stayed one night, but the hotel was comfortable and it met my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
