Warm cookies at check in.
I had to wait at the airport 1 1/2hours before being picked up by the shuttle service. I called 3 times before I was finally picked up.

My review of this hotel is very short since the shuttle service was so late on picking me up. I didn't want to take the chance with the shuttle service running late again so I left the hotel early only giving me about 4 1/2 hours in the hotel. I did leave my pillow and it was going to be about $35 to ship it to me. The hotel and the the staff were very nice. I would recommend this hotel for leisure travel. read more

A great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. It is far enough away from the airport so you don't hear the planes.

Internet service is not free.

Clean rooms and pleasant decor. Unfortunately, this is one of the few hotels that still insist on charging for internet access. And it is for this reasons that I will not plan to stay at the Holiday Inn again if given a choice.

We loved the location of our room, across from the exercise room, and with a view of the pool. Awesome and comfy beds too!

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room and lobby was very clean. The staff was friendly. In fact, we were greeted with freshly, baked chocolate chip cookies! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

For an airport location it was not as convenient as other hotels closer to airport.

Not best airport location but, offered free parking to make up for that.
