Convenient location, friendly staff, stove, refries available.
See below.
Bathtub was dirty; no coffee pot, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, sheets & pillow cases smelled of smoke. Am in search of another brand extended stay type hotel.

The fact that it had a kitchen.
Nothing.
It was a nice clean hotel with honest employees. I left my credit card at the front desk and they locked it up until I came for it

This Hotel is close to a lot of fast-food chains and really a quiet place to stay at and really clean. Nice hotel to stay at and hello cheap. Definitely would recommend.

It was quiet and allowed meal preparation in room.
No daily exchange of towels.
Located close to the freeway and central city. It is attractive, clean, user friendly and quite.

Good neighborhood, and clean facility.
Very noisy guests next to our room. Hard beds.
Noisy guests past 11 pm next door. Noisy a/c and Furnace. One of the hardest beds I've ever slept on. Nice quiet neighborhood for the motel.

It was clean.
The hallway smelled of smoke and there wasn't a hair dryer.
It is difficult to get to from "in town" as opposed to from the freeway. The room was clean and quiet.

The personnel were accommodating.
Terrible pillows, had to ask for others, which were quickly supplied. Needs a breakfast service.

Nothing.
Poorly cleaned, bathroom fan very loud, poor amenities.
I would never stay there again. I had to ask for a coffee pot. Then I had to ask for coffee and cream and sugar. No glasses provided. I was told after the coffee pot they gave me tripped off that all the coffee pots in the entire hotel were broken and their order hadn't come in yet. The problem was a bad gift outlet. We plugged it in elsewhere and it worked. The room was dirty. Old soap left in shower. No shampoo provided only one bar of soap. read more

Good price, clean room, kitchen helps.
No amenities, only one burner worked on stove.
Kitchen is definitely a plus, beds firm, but comfortable. Had to go to front desk for extras. Hair dryer, dishwasher soap, extra towels. Not as nice as Residence Inn but much cheaper you get what you pay for.
