The staff was all friendly and helpful.
The bar was not open until 5:00 pm.
Overly all, I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at the hotel. The pillow-top beds and comforters made for excellent sleeping. The bath towels were nice and thick and soft. It was convenient to get to from the freeway, and close to outside dinning and convenience stores. It is within walking distance to CSU Fullerton, a must if your trip involves the campus. Glad I stayed there.

The staff is terrific - friendly, helpful & available.
There was a lot of deferred maintenance - lots of things need fixing.
The staff is excellent at this moderately priced hotel. The "social hour" with the complimentary snacks and drinks, including some California wines, and the Continental breakfast were above average. While the Jacuzzi in every room is a selling point, the one in our room was in need of service - it leaked badly and the jets were a bit sluggish. The exercise room was barely worth the name, but the pool looks like it would be adequate during the summer. I always come back to a place where the service is good and it was fantastic here. read more

The Jacuzzi tub in the room.
Non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke. Shabby furniture, uncomfortable bed, and noisy location.
This hotel is very near California State University Fullerton. That was convenient, since I was there for orientation with my daughter.

Large rooms and close to major highways.
Mold and mildew on the window sills and the corners of the ceilings.
The room was large and in fair condition. The hotel was close to route 57 and 91 making the trip to and from long beach airport easy. There was a lot of mold and mildew on the window sills and in the corners of the ceilings. The room furnishings were comfortable and the room had a microwave and small fridge in it as well.

The Jacuzzi in the room.
The view from the room.
Great for a romantic get away. This hotel has a spa in every room. You can purchase spa enhancement kits at the front. The local restaurants leave much to be desired and the views from any room in the hotel are sub-standard.

It almost feels like it is your own home! The people leave you alone unless you ask them something, it was great!
I didn't like how you could hear the cleaning people in the rooms next to you/knocking on your room, but they have a job to do so I'll forgive them!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I will stay again! But hopefully next time no one will knock on my door!

I liked the in room Jacuzzi.
The staff was not very friendly!
Great for a romantic getaway; however, the staff was all but kind and friendly.

Loved the Jacuzzi in room and made-to-order free waffles at breakfast.
A little pricey, but we are cheapskates!
Staff was very helpful when we arrived early, before noon, and reservation did not state we needed non-smoking room. Within 10 minutes, they found us a non-smoking room and let us go ahead and check-in hours before their normal check-in time. My husband loved the in-room Jacuzzi tub. It was his favorite part of our vacation! I loved the continental breakfast each morning that included free made-to-order waffles! Delicious! read more

The staff was friendly and were quick to attend.
No Spanish channels.
It was quaint. The staff was friendly and the service was good. We didn't have to ask for anything because there were plenty of towels and sheets available.
