Over all it was very appealing. The lobby was very nice. The room was very nice.
Needed a refrigerator. None in room. Wife a diabetic.

Accommodations were very good. Staff helpful. Noise level low or none at all.

It was attractive, the atmosphere was friendly. The employees spoke they were polite and ready to help you.

I would deficiently return to this hotel. When I travel near that area. Also recommend it to my friends and family.

The garage was accessible, several floors and although we did not use them, the valets were friendly.
The restaurant in the lobby was less than impressive and expensive for the average family.

Good location, close to Griffith Park, Universal Studios and both highway 134 and 5. It's a non-smoking facility, but the rooms still retain odors from prior smokers. No windows available even though we were on the 11th floor. The restaurant in the lobby assembled their To-Go Caesar salad with the leaves in tack and served with stale croutons. Over all, a good place to park and sleep, but not impressive for being a high end hotel. read more
