Pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the office, parking lot and most important the room. The hotel is located on a main/busy street with many other hotels. I would highly recommend staying in the Americans Best Value Inn and Suites to others.

Looked was ok from the outside.
Room and bed in poor condition.

Upon checking in my wife found that the bathroom had not been cleaned between occupants. Wallpaper coming of the walls, iron did not work, Box springs on bed torn open. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone that I liked!

The staff was exteremly helpful.
The carpets were filthy.

The hotel was about expected. The rooms were nicer than the last time I stayed - however the floors needed to be shampooed. They were absolutely filthy. The staff was very nice and helpful and I would return based on there service alone.
