This newly renovated Econo Lodge hotel is conveniently located off I-15, midpoint between Los Angeles and Las Vegas and just 30 miles from Big Bear Ski Resort. The Victor Valley Mall, Roy Rogers Museum, Arrowhead and Silverwood Lakes are just minutes away. Southern California Logistics Arpt (SCLA) 8 miles and LA/Ontario Arpt is 35 miles. Lucerne Valley, the major off-road motorcycle and truck site, is 15 minutes away. Several restaurants and golf courses within 1 mile, fishing is just 20 minutes. Amenities include free continental breakfast, tea, fruit, as well as assorted pastries and juices. Free weekday paper and free high-speed internet access. This hotel serves a nice continental breakfast.
This hotel is unsafe. We were given a key to a room that someone else was already staying in.

It is run down, on a noisy street and we did not feel safe. When checking in we were given a key to a room someone else was already staying in, returned it and although we were disturbed by the fact we could have so easily stolen something or walked in on someone unaware, the clerk didn't seem to think it was not a big deal. Not safe!
