Lack of privacy for pool.

Overall, the facility and staff were great. We were not impressed with the pool because the night we stayed at the facility, there was a function around the pool and pool bar so the pool was not accessible for leisure purposes.

Was supposed to be a resort, but felt like a regular hotel.

This is a clean, comfortable hotel conveniently located in Indian Wells. It has some amenities such as a nice pool, exercise room, restaurant, banquet space. But it just feels like a regular hotel - not a resort, and not memorable. The place bills itself as a resort, and we had to pay a resort fee (really ought to be included in room fee - what's up with that?). I really don't see why though - it's really just a regular hotel. There is really nothing wrong with this place, it just was not quite what we had anticipated. read more

Understated property amidst some of the finest in So Cal. Nice room, well appointed. Very comfortable bed. Dated TV and furniture, art, etc., but nice. Excellent fresh breakfast spread, not hot. On golf course a plus. Mountains all around. Fine pool / hot tub.
