The support staff was very friendly.
There was an unexpected charges for self parking.
The room was very nice, and we did have a private balcony that we did not expect, but we were charged an additional fifteen dollars each night for self parking.

Very clean, staff very helpful.
A lot of traffic for conferences.
Hotel was very great for easy access to local needs and freeways to travel. Rooms extremely clean and good view. In room dining okay, but not great.

Location. Easy access to 405 freeway.
It could use a makeover. Things are neat, but dated.

Met expectations of Hyatt, especially hotel staff
is great!
Nothing was disliked.
I recommend this hotel chain, location and service to leisure and business travelers. I did see a few families during my 1st and 2nd stay at this hotel: they seemed to enjoy it, too.

Spacious, quiet, nice location.
Self-parking is too far to access the elevator.
Very good hotel for various purpose to stay.

Customer service was excellent.
Gave us a room that wasn't made up when we first arrived.
The overall facilities were lackluster at best and just a single step above shabby. I had to wait a the front for 5 minutes while the front desk finished with all there phone calls. When I was finally given a room, it was unmade and I had to call the front desk to get a new room (though they were kind enough to bring the key up to me and apologize about it). The room itself was okay and lackluster for what was suppose to be a 4 star luxury hotel. The television was old and small. The bathroom looked liked it belong in a Best Western, with vinyl floors and tile shower and bathtub combined. Parking was $15 and it was far from the Main Lobby. read more
