Room was comfortable, clean and exactly what we expected.

We wanted to get away for a romantic evening. We had a warm, clean, and a comfortable room. Very quiet and private. The bed was very good and we both had a great night sleep. Breakfast in the morning was provided. Overall a very satisfying stay.

Was not what I expected.

I did not receive the room I reserved. Was down graded from king room to queen room. The people I was traveling with were upgrade to king suite. Mentioned this to staff and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Very displeased!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It felt brand new. I was worried about noise because we were right by the pool area, but there was none. We will definitely be back!

The room was gorgeous!
The spa was not clean. We climbed in and it foamed up to a disgusting level and we had to get out.
