Because it is an older hotel and lacks the appropriate security, I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was
not cooperative in finding room with 2 beds or changing after first night. Location is very noisy and for my purposes, too far away from target of Sherman Oaks. Toilet water ran and shower faucet was backwards.

This establishment is located near the freeway for easy access, but you get the freeway noise in the trade off. Staff was knowledgeable about the area, and overall it is a good experience staying here.

Not only was this the most disgusting place I have ever stayed it was miles away from where I wanted to be. Plus, there wasn't even a showerhead in our shower! I am still angry about this situation. Disappointed is an understatement for how I feel.

No complaints. First time in L.A. Area and I felt very safe.

Overall, we feel deceived.

The hotel facilities were poor - the air conditioner was loud and had to be on constantly to get minimal cooling; no ventilation in the bathroom; toilet was leaking inside which made it constantly make a flushing noise; half the outlets in the room didn't work; not enough linens; wiring was patched together and shorted out consecutive alarm clocks; pool was miniscule and scummy. Conveniently located near Hwy. Rooms are clean. Wireless internet access is nice but slow. Bathroom is small and tight.

The hotel was fine. I was traveling with my children and we were in a room with one queen size bed. We were also not guaranteed a non smoking room.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Not enough parking spaces. Very noisy. Overall not a very good experience.
