Parking attendants were real good.
Maid service.
Overall, hotel was OK, we had to ask for toilet paper, wash clothes, towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, to have the room made up. Associates are the front desk and the parking attendants were excellent

Feeway noise.
Very comfortable beds andll rooms, but did not seem crowded. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking $18, not too bad for the area. Relaxing, elegant restaurant. Go for happy hour.

The bed and pillows were fantastic!
Valet parking at $18 a day plus tip.
Excellent accommodations, right across the street from Bel Air and two exits from Sunset Blvd. The pillows were amazing and the staff were friendly and courteous. The only downside was that you were required to park valet at $18.00 a day plus the attendants expected a tip each time.

Nice amenities. Really upscale hip hotel.
Location was kind of blah. Next to highway, but not much around here.
Hotel is okay. Really nice amenities, but I didn't like the location that much. It was next to highway, which made it convenient to get to and from, but other than that I don't think its worth the premium for this. Usually you just sleep at a hotel and don't spend much time there. I know we just used it as a place to sleep.

The view and the car service.
The noise of the highway.
Hotel Angeleno is a very high standard hotel. The rooms are clean and the service friendly and helpful. Just the noise of the highway is disturbing.

Friendly staff.
Freeway noise.
Close to UCLA Medical Center. Very friendly and helpful staff--the best. Freeway noise is a bit bothersome. Small, but comfortable rooms. The restaurant was very accommodating.

Most of the staff was courteous.
To one staff member my elderly mother asked for help told her that it was not his job.
The rooms are small, but reasonably furnished. The worst transgression was when my elderly mother, who was staying in a different room, asked for a stool to get into the bed which was too high for her. She had brought a tiny collapsible stool. When she asked the man for assistance, he told her it was not his job. She tried to use it by herself, fell when it caved in and banged her head. The staff members who came to help her up seemed anxious to leave as soon as possible and did not fill out an incident report or check back on her. They ended up bringing in a roll away bed which took up the entire room, so that she ultimately ended up sleeping in a chair because there was no room to maneuver. I would not recommend it to vacationers.

Quick valet service.
Couldn't get access to hotel lounge wearing shorts and a tee-shirt.
Good for the money. Convenient, but really not near anything. Nothing you can walk too.
