The place was clean and in good repair. The beds were comfortable.
They were inconsiderate about our handicapped needs with having a service animal.

Most staff that I dealt with was kind and courteous. I did have a problem with one individual that did not disclose the full price of a roll-a-way bed. I had asked for one during my stay at check in and she told me $10.00. The next day room service took it away in which she informed me that it was really $10.00 per day. Also the lack of knowledge of the laws concerning the disable and service animals was bothersome. I understand that animals may not be allowed, but service animals are protected by federal law. This is something that all hotels and business should be aware of. read more

TV channels were not good. Bed was not up to usual standards. Air conditioner was noisy.
