The bed was so soft and comfortable and the restroom was very large.
It was pretty nice, quiet except for street noise.

Room was nice and it had a relaxing atmosphere.
It was not as close to our destination the next day as we would have liked.
It was a good spot to get away and relax and there is a lot to do in the area so entertainment is easy to find.

The room is spacious, there's relax open area with chairs and tables on 2nd floor next to the pool.
The pool is too small but it doesn't bother me.
The receptionist day and night are friendly, even the staffs in breakfast or cleaning persons. The hotel is clean and tidy. I will return to this hotel again in my next visit.

Area.
The area was bad, the parking was a nightmare, and the area was too broad (Central LA), and we were given this hotel. I tried to change it, but was unable to.

Room was much larger than expected.
Room was on busy main street-- a lot of street noise.
Desk staff was very nice and professional. Room was large and clean. Street noise was substantial. Would stay again, but not on that side of hotel.

My suite was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The parking was inadequate.
A good, safe place to stay for the price.

Staff was great. Left phone charger and they actually called to return. Very clean room; and staff was accommodating.
I wish that it were closer to trendy shops. Parking was tight, and pool was small.
Overall for the price this was a great hotel. It is not too far out of the way for shopping (you will need a car though to get to 3rd street promenade) and the pier. I especially appreciated the staff - they were friendly and accommodating - more than I expected from a 2-star hotel.

The extra amenities in the room Snapple juice, chips, candies mints, cotton swabs, robes.
The pool/spa was closed.
Close to shopping, Kinko's, and the Marina. One of the few hotels where you could actually open windows to get fresh air! The layout of rooms makes every room open to a corridor as well as the outside. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The ability to rent bikes and get to locations we wanted on them.
The pool/Jacuzzi area was pretty small.
This hotel was perfect for what we wanted - a reasonably priced hotel, reasonably close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and gave us good advice on dining options.

Nothing.
The heater in the room didn't work.
This room was not a three star hotel. Not worth what I paid for.
