Expensive.

Quite comfortable though nothing fancy hotel. Definitely a step up from the standard cheaper motel room, though no gardens and the pool was small and poorly located. The highlight was two hours of free drinks and food every evening. This creates a party every night with a lot of businessmen. Breakfast was also included. Though not a four star buffet, there was surprisingly good hot and cold food. read more

Very friendly staff with both human and canine guests. Great breakfast!
The bathroom could use a little update.

Very nice best western with recent updates. The location was great for us as shopping, dining and cinema were all within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was yummy and more than one could eat! The staff gets an A+ for accomodating our two standard poodles in such a nice way!

The pool temperature was fantastic!
The room could have used some warmth, but it was very good.

I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The pool was great, and the free wine was excellent. Staff were really nice and helpful. Very clean place.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were fluffy not flat. Reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area.
Elevator noisy and smelled like cigarettes. Otherwise I truly enjoyed my stay at John Muir Inn.

I would definitely stay at John Muir again. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great, rooms were clean and the breakfast beats any other continental breakfast I've had so far. Great place to stay.

Freeway closes, close to many amenities, star bucks, etc; staff was great!
They are remodeling and parking was difficult, in and out of complex-also loud, heard footsteps from above all night.

Clean, close to amenities, staff was very helpful. Needs better sound-proofing. Clients above-could not hear voices from above but every footstep was heard. Especially loud at night.
