The bath towels were neatly folded, the AC worked well.
Dirty, stinky, unsanitized, crowded parking, old used torn beddings, dirty mattress, ugly backyard neighboring homes, had to check-out by 11 am.

Overall I thought this would be the ideal location to spend my first hotel/motel trip. Obviously I was up for a challenge. I had to argue with the front desk attendant to get a non-smoking room so my stay was horrible and very irritating. The bed sheets were old and torn. The bed mattress was old and stinky. The restroom wall was tagged on and weren't scrubbed entirely. The room was small and a bit claustrophobic. The TV set was old and strange, even the TV stand it sat on had a bit of rusty spots. They could have at least cleaned out all the wood chips from the dressers. When we first arrived, they should have mentioned where to get ice from the ice machine, but only found out that one did exist after leaving the motel. Yes some information can be reviewed online, however, they should be more courteous to ask "would you like me to point out all of our features of the motel and where they are located for your convenience?" but they did not do so, therefore, they lack people skills and customer service skills. Also, there was a DND sign on my door, but the lady still knocked my door 2-hours after my departure time. I was previously told the fee for staying each hour after the departure time, twice, I am not dense to understand basics, but they were still rude enough to have bothered me while in my peace. read more

The staff was always ready to please. Also I liked the USA Today which was free with the stay.

No frills, but decent for a business stay.

Queen beds were comfortable.
Coffee ran out breakfast not worth getting up for.

This hotel told me they would have to charge me extra for two beds but in the end did not. The queen beds seemed newer and comfortable but the pillows hard the towels really scratchy and the breakfast sub par. Also you could hear every noise around the hotel.

I did not like anything about this hotel! It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at.
Dirty room, pool and parking lot, in a gang infested neighborhood, had to buy blankets theirs were disgusting.

Just a normal town motel.
Broken coffee maker.

This motel is of lower level. Just sleeping place.

Good parking space.

The hotel reception clerk asked me to pay extra $11 for my daughter. He said that the room is only good for one person so I pay.

I can not think of any thing in that regard since it was the worst part of my trip.
Not clean, room location close to vending machines, noisy environment, in-room coffee packages too old.

The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly after it had been use previously, and we had to leave the door open almost all the time because of the terrible unusual smell inside the room. It was almost impossible to sleep that night because of the outside noises coming from upstairs and the adjacent room, plus the vending machine and ice maker right under our window. Breakfast was the most terrible. The orange juice was diluted with water and the muffins were out of their original packaging and were cut in half. It was the worst night of my two weeks road trip vacation with my wife. read more

The cable had plenty of channels.
The price was the same as regular price, the customer service left us waiting at the front desk longer then ten minutes,.

My wife was not at all pleased.
