Breakfast was good for a quick continental breakfast. We also liked the Koo pond.
Dining room was small. There was no hotel shampoo available and of course we left ours at home!

The warm cookies that were in the lobby on arrival, and the eggs and waffles included in the morning.
The mattress was hard and pillows were a little flat.

It has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was very clean with a great continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The mattresses were a little to hard for me and the pillows and little flat. A good location that seemed safe and was in walking distance to restaurants.

Convenient location by hwy 99, plenty of parking, nighttime security staff.
Sofa bed was unusable - broken supports, paper-thin worn out mattress, lack of electrical outlets by poorly located mirror, no clock.

Adequate accommodations if you don't need to use the sofa bed - staff was helpful considering the company imposed limitations - breakfast was fine, our family enjoyed the kopi pond regarding #1 above: comfort and attractiveness should be separate categories for accurate evaluating.
