Charming little hotel near Stanford Hospital.

This little hotel is clean and charming, almost like a little hotel in Greece. I almost expected to see the azure sea around Santorini when I opened the patio door.

Clean, room decoration is fantastic and romantic, breakfast is good.
Location is not good, no public transportation available.

My experience in Hotel Zico is very good, the price is decent. I am very happy staying there, maybe because I traveled with my boyfriend? But overall I liked the romantic design of room a lot. I took a couple of pictures for the room. The only concern is the location. It's next to a highway-like road, no public transportation around.

Beautiful unique chandelier at entrance.
Shower curtain moldy, decorative pillows stained, internet access not working properly.

Hotel claims to be a boutique hotel but really what they have done is just paint the bathrooms a gorgeous blue and add cute pillows and decor from Ikea above the bed. Internet access was sketchy and unreliable. Unfortunately there were stains on the decorative pillows on the bed and mold on the shower curtain. Overall I was disappointed with my experience.

Attractive room decorations.
Very noisy as next to freeway, unfriendly and unhelpful front desk staff.

Small hotel with attractive tropical-themed rooms. But it is directly next to freeway and very noisy. Didn't help that they put me in the room that was directly on the corner closest to the cars. My sink was broken and sounded like a jackhammer when I ran the water. When I asked to change rooms I was briskly told the hotel was booked full - even though I had only counted three cars in the parking lot! read more

Rooms well appointed nice linens and great free breakfast. House keeping and cooking staff great, desk staff less than friendly. Lovely roses in Courtyard, free internet but often was slow or did not work.

Hotel interior was nicely done. Great breakfast with a friendly staff.
The noise from adjoining rooms was too loud.

The hotel was clean, convenient and well priced. The interior decor is very nice but mismatched with the exterior. The breakfast, free wi-fi and other offerings are an added attraction. The biggest detractor was the noise from adjacent rooms.
