Great attitude. Problem with the door key. It was repaired quickly.
i can't think of anything for the class of hotel.

We visit our children and grand children about every six weeks. This is the first time we have elected to stay a a hotel instead of their home. We will most likely use Priceline for our future selections.

Noise coming from the pool area early in the morning.

Very nice medium to upscale hotel located in Thousand Oaks. I will stay there again when traveling to that area.
