Location was great and the fact that you have a kitchen was nice.

This hotel was in a great location, close to good restaurants and shopping. The staff was very accommodating and the full kitchen was nice.

The staff was very accommodating. Let us check in at 11am instead of 3pm regular. We had 3 people and they gave us an extra queen bed. Free WiFi. No services or amenities unless requested, which was fine. Clean. No pet or smoke odor.

I have stayed at this hotel more than ten times over the last couple of years. I was very disappointed with this last stay. There were no face clothes, tissues or shampoo in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom need maintenance (very noisy) and I was not able to watch the LA Laker's basketball game on the TV.

The location is the best, close to good restaurants and shopping.
Mold and slow plumbing in bathroom, no extra pillows available.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The place is slowly going down hill. The room had mold coming up the bathroom floor, the bathroom sink barely drained, the faceplate fell off the clock, the cover fell off the air conditioner and the front desk could not supply extra pillows.

The hallway was attractive and parking was convient.
My non smoking room reeked of old smoke. The bath tub was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky dirty.

This was Extended stay America and was okay in many ways. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was nice. I don't like sleeping in the same room with a full sized refrigerator. The fact that the bathroom was dirty and the room was very stinky with nasty stale cigarette smoke ruined my nights sleep.
