The TV and free wireless internet was awesome!
The air conditioner was extremely noisy!

Love the hotel and amenities, the only drawback was the noisy air conditioner in the room. I expected central air, not an in room unit for this type of hotel room.

Layout of the rooms.
Heating and cooling problems. Uncomfortable.

We had many problems first we arranged for early check confirmed on phone that room was available, but it was gone 10 minutes later when we got to hotel we change rooms 3 times because the heat was set and stuck on 82 degrees in our first 2 rooms finally in last room everything worked we were double charged at cafe counter and had to call to get refund one charge took place after we left hotel. read more

Didn't find it earlier and only stayed one night.

We bid on and stayed in another hotel chain while on vacation. We stayed at the Hyatt the night before we flew back home. The Hyatt was far beyond the other chain with the same star rating. Hyatt gets my business after this. Spacious sitting room, nice king bed, wide-screen HDTV vs. plain CRT from the other chain, nice work desk, free internet connection vs. $13 per day from the other chain, free parking vs. $14 per day from the other chain, marble counter/sinks, a bar with fridge and microwave. I'll take Hyatt any day. read more

I like the layout of the room, kitchen, and cleanliness.

I was 1st floor near parking lot.

The hotel was very clean. The layout was great. It felt like a mini-apartment. There is a little Starbucks in the hotel and I liked the kitchen area where I had breakfast with other guests. There is also plenty of table space in the lobby.
