Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Inn At Palm Springs
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 4, 2010

The stay was just okay. Room was decent and more or less clean. Buildings need improvements. Keys did not work first time I tried, so this was an inconvenience.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family. The room was extremely clean and the beds were more comfortable than my bed at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Went there with my cousin to run in a marathon and they had to bring a rollaway bed as they only had me down for 1 King and not 2 Queen beds. Not happy.

Pros: Decor and exterior was nice for the price/star-ranking. Room was clean and overall welcoming. Location was central to downtown. Air was a bit stale; service staff was limited causing a delayed response to our request for a crib. Too many light bulbs were out in outside hallways. It was hard to find a parking spot near room, but self-serve dolly's eased transfer of suitcases. ...

Older hotel. Not a very nice check line. Room was fine. One of the main lights in the bathroom did not work. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were good.

I would come back. Our room was not one of the recently remodeled rooms and it was still acceptable. I am looking forward to our next stay at this hotel.

This hotel is only acceptable if you are staying 1 night and will be leaving early the next morning. The continental breakfast alongside the pool was nice. High speed internet was free and a great bonus. I would not stay here again.

When I arrived at the hotel there was no parking and I had to park on the dark street. I found a luggage cart but it had a flat tire so it was very hard to use. When I got on the elevator, which had expired tags from the middle of 2006, I did not even know if it would make it to the second floor. Then I went to my room and it was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. There were dirty q-tips by the bed and cheats and a French fry on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and we both felt it slope to the middle. The pillows were yellowish and I was afraid to even put my face on it. ...

Good for business travelers. Off of the main streets so very quiet and still close to convention center etc.
