The room was clean and well kept.
Someone loud people outside our room until 1am one night.
This hotel is well kept and bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The toilet sounded as if the depths of hell opened every time it was flushed. Breakfast in the morning could use better organization. For example there was an area of cereals that was not clearly visible from the juice and waffle station. Some more selections would be nice. All in all it was a nice stay for the money. read more

The hotel had a great breakfast.
One of the elevators was down.
I love Embassy Suites. The hotel was decorated nicely. The cocktail time was very nice addition to our stay.

Friendly staff.
Television did not work for entire 3 days stay.
The inauguration events were on TV but we could not get good reception. The hotel repairman said 24 sets were affected and there was little he could do. He tried. It was the cable or satellite service that made the picture so bad we couldn't watch it or watch TV at night before bed which is our habit.

Convenient for just a place to sleep and relax for short periods of time.
A floor in the room was very dirty, and there was no fan in the bathroom.
Overall, it was a good experience. Although we didn't spend too much time in the hotel due to the convention we were attending, it was a good place just to rest.

Nothing.
Lack of hotel clerk.
The hotel clerk was not at the front desk and I had to sleep on the couch, or try to, for an hour before I went into the back room where I found the clerk dead asleep.

Friendly and courteous people. AM breakfast very good. Fairly quiet. Pretty close to main Blvd.
Nothing really. Everything was okay, not luxury but nice and clean.
For the location and style and comfort this hotel was most reasonable.
